New Happenings
Portland, OR art show in March
New Online Store!

I just finished building a new online store, which is very exciting. I've got 27 pieces for sale right now, and you can pay through the store by paypal, money order, or cashier's check. There are some pretty good deals up there and I would be psyched to get some comments or feedback on what you think of it.
All kinds of new news for Lucas Reynolds, Pictures and Sound

Pete McNeal, Dave Wilder, Luke Reynolds
On another note Luke sang lead vocals on Luna's Song which was recorded in Nashville as part of The Moonshine Sessions led by Phillipe Solal (leader of The Gotan Project). Luna's Song just hit #5 on the French iTunes country charts. The Moonshine Sessions in it's entirety is at #1 on the French Country charts. You can go to moonshinesessions.com to listen to Robag's Version remix single of this track as well as check out the documentary.
Fans of Luke's music can now get their hands on 2 more songs via The Sublimation Experiment - a new ski movie by KGB productions. When you buy the movie you also get the soundtrack which has 2 songs by Astral Kids (The name Luke writes his soundtracks under) Watch the trailer on youtube here.
Life on the home front
Luke was out here for the past week taking a much needed break before going back in the studio for the final 2 weeks of recording. We've had this 2 gallon bag of yerba mate that Luke got last summer as payment for a job. We really made a dent in that thing this week! We were on an awesome program of yerba, inspirational Obama speeches, yoga, snowboarding, podcasts, music, hiking, and chicken soup.
I'm having a solo art show in Portland Oregon at The Lizard Lounge. The show opening is on Thursday March 6 at 7pm and there will be music and lots of fun action, I can't wait! I will be selling 13 limited edition prints from my Dumpster Diary journals. They range in size from 18 x 22 inches to 30.5 x 44 inches. The artwork will be hanging in Portland for the month of March. The Dumpster Diaries are a series of collage journals that I kept from 2002-2004 when I was deep into climbing and dumpster diving. It was a magic time for me and my friends when we had some huge adventures and fully embraced the climber's dream. The journals really capture the sense of joy, comraderie, and spontaneous creativity of that time in my life. An article I wrote about the journals was published in The Alpinist Magazine 2004. I chose 13 pages from the journals to reproduce and frame for this show.
